Responsibilities
- Overall coordination of the project
- Conducting business analyses and documenting requirements
- Preparation and execution of public tenders in accordance with BöB (including preparation of tender documents and participation in bid evaluation)
- Iterative collaboration with user groups from concept through to operations
- Quality assurance on technical and financial levels
- Close cooperation with Procurement, Legal Services, IT Security, Architects and domain representatives
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business analysis and project management
- Proven experience with public procurement processes
- Willingness to iteratively develop applications in close coordination with user groups and suppliers
- Passion for and hands-on experience in implementing interactive solutions
- Innovative mindset and readiness to contribute ideas for technical implementation
- Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira
- Language skills in French and Italian
- Strong communication skills
- Subject-matter knowledge in a police environment
