Responsibilities
Act as project manager/discipline lead in geotechnical and environmental projects.
Collaborate with professionals working on geotechnical and environmental studies.
Prepare service proposals.
Plan and oversee field work: boreholes, sampling, installation of wells/piezometers, in‑situ testing, etc.
Draft study and expert reports, including supervision of laboratory testing.
Conduct environmental site assessments (Phases I, II and III).
Manage environmental monitoring mandates during rehabilitation works.
Provide technical support to team members.
Perform any other duties related to the position.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, geological engineering or geology, or other relevant training.
Member of the OIQ or the OGQ.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of environmental regulations (RPRT, RVMR, MELCCFP Intervention Guide).
Interest in field work and versatility across assignments.
ASP construction card.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
