Responsibilities
Identify strategic or high-impact business issues/opportunities and articulate the rationale for initiating a project or change

Requirements
12+ years with a Bachelor's degree; 10+ years with a Master’s degree
6+ years of experience in consulting

Demonstrated ability to influence, shift mindsets, and drive cross-organizational alignment
