Responsibilities
- Embed directly into our high-growth client engagements and own the talent intelligence and pipeline strategy for critical AI roles.
- Shape and execute research strategies to surface top-performing talent, rapidly increasing talent density across our clients' pipelines.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns, skills availability, and compensation benchmarks that inform search strategy and prioritization.
- Build and maintain high-quality, continuously evolving talent pools across target functions, ensuring deep penetration of relevant talent markets.
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting high-velocity venture and growth-stage B2B SaaS or tech companies on Product and/or tech talent research.
- Proven track record as an in-house, RPO, or embedded talent researcher owning end-to-end sourcing and pipeline strategy in high-trajectory environments.
- Fluency in German & English is a must.
