- Develop a roadmap and bridging strategy to transition from current-state to future-state DG capabilities.
- Lead and facilitate discussions with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT, and data management teams, ensuring alignment and consensus.
- Guide implementation of Data Governance, Master Data Management, and Reference Data Management solutions for insurance carriers.
- Provide hands-on expertise with Alation for data cataloging, stewardship, and metadata management.
- Leverage Google Cloud Platform capabilities for data governance, data catalog, and cloud-based data management solutions.
- Modern Data Governance experience with a focus on AI-led initiatives and opportunities to leverage Agentic and Generative AI capabilities
