About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on employment law, social protection, and employee relations
- Draft and review employment contracts and routine legal documents
- Draft and manage documentation related to termination of employment contracts
- Organize employee representative elections (e.g., works council)
- Implement company-level agreements
- Deliver internal training sessions
- Monitor legislative, regulatory and case law developments in employment law
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in employment law or equivalent
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Ideally gained in an accounting firm or a law firm
- Strong drafting skills
- Rigour and intellectual curiosity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
