About the role
- Project Management Officer driving digital and AI transformation in clinical research. Supporting R&D strategy aiming to enhance project success rates and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the global R&D digital and AI strategy aiming to double the success rate of therapeutic projects and reduce time‑to‑market
- Role embedded within the Digital, Data & AI (DDAI) department to accompany therapeutic areas in digital transformation
- Ensure consistent communication and follow‑up of the digital & AI roadmap for therapeutic projects
- Gather needs from therapeutic areas and translate them into actionable items for the DDAI roadmap
- Maximize the value delivered by DDAI through strategic alignment and continuous coordination
- Support teams in adopting digital tools and contributing to transformation goals
- Participate in strategic discussions across DDAI (data, digital, AI) and ensure alignment with therapeutic area priorities
- Prepare and monitor project indicators, milestones, risks, and communication materials
- Organize and animate regular governance meetings to track initiative progress
- Facilitate collaboration between R&D teams, digital teams, and external partners
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and decision‑making across R&D
Requirements
- Experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical R&D environment
- Solid understanding of digital, data, and AI operations in pharma
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Master's degree in science or medical field preferred
- Fluency in French & English
