About the role

Responsibilities
- Overall management of the “Planning – Electrical” unit responsible for detailed design and execution planning of our power grids and installations
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 10 employees
- Establishment of efficient planning processes and digital tools (GIS, network calculation software, SAP, WFM, etc.)
- Responsibility for basic design, detailed design and permitting/approval planning for new installations
- Management of grid expansion projects and network renewals from 110 kV down to 20 kV / 0.4 kV distribution networks
- Responsibility for material planning, cost estimation and budgeting
- Management and coordination of construction and assembly contractors
- Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and guidelines
- Coordination with permitting authorities, municipalities and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge in planning, construction or operation of energy networks and installations
- Confident application of relevant codes, regulations and laws
- Project experience in implementing initiatives related to the energy transition
- Several years of leadership experience
- Independent, structured and committed working style
- High self-motivation and strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a team
