About the role

Responsibilities
- Enter, verify and validate incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Support tax and accounting bookkeeping.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Assist with external audits.
- Organize and file tax documents.
- Register products and suppliers in the systems.
- Support tax calculations (PIS, COFINS, IR, CSLL, IOF, ISS).
- Prepare and submit statutory filings and tax returns, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF, GIA, among others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Previous experience in tax/accounting functions.
- Knowledge of tax legislation.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and ERPs.
