Maintain, expand and strategically develop existing customer relationships within the Solution Area Security & Compliance
Develop and implement targeted account plans
Identify new business opportunities and own the full sales cycle – from initial contact to successful close
Cross-sell and upsell additional topics across our Solution Areas
Work closely with technically skilled colleagues from Consulting and Delivery
Optimize the customer journey and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Requirements
Several years of experience selling tailored IT security solutions and services (e.g., compliance, cloud security, Security Operations Center – SOC)
Strong communication and negotiation skills up to executive decision-makers
Proven experience in business development and solid knowledge of current IT technologies and trends
Ability to analyze customer requirements and, together with our experts, develop customized solutions
Talent for presenting complex technical topics convincingly and clearly
Strong customer- and service-orientation
Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
Ideally, a good sense for trends and challenges across different industries
Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and an understanding of their importance for successful projects
