Responsibilities
Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.
Design and develop Salesforce applications, adhering to best practices and existing platform functionality.
Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Work with other developers and teams to identify and implement system improvements.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed for new and existing Salesforce solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using Force.com APIs (SOAP and REST).
Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending best practices to enhance existing implementations.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Ensure best practices and standards are followed in all Salesforce implementations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and delivery.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Project Leadership/Management.
Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration.
Experience in delivering CRM solutions using Service Cloud.
Experience using Copado, Salesforce DX, and Code Builder.
Experience in Data Cloud and Informatica Cloud IICS is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Snowflake.
