AI Lead driving the digital transformation strategy for Daimler Buses across all business areas. Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Responsibilities
Further development of the digitization strategy with a focus on AI across all business areas and analysis of business requirements
Coordinate and lead a cross-functional working group (AI Powerhouse), including steering committee engagement and company-wide networking
Consolidation and strategic management of all AI initiatives at Daimler Buses, with responsibility for EBIT realization for Daimler Buses
Close collaboration with the business (Truck & Bus) and IT to prioritize and implement AI solutions
Enablement and change management through trainings such as AI Masterclass, communication formats in the social intranet, and sharing best practices in department meetings / regular meetings (Jour Fixe)
Requirements
Degree in business administration with a technical focus, e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a comparable degree
Several years of professional experience, strong organizational skills, and an excellent internal network within the corporation, ideally with experience in Bus and Truck functions
Strong conceptual, strategic and analytical skills, and a high degree of persuasive ability
Several years of experience in designing and implementing digitalization projects
Methodological knowledge for transformation (Change Management, Design Thinking, Agile ways of working)
Enthusiasm for digital topics and experience in developing business models
Business analyst experience in the digitalization domain (including Artificial Intelligence, process modeling & data/analytics) required
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong communication skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with stakeholders across different cultures and hierarchy levels
