About the role
- Sr TIBCO Developer at Evnek Technologies: responsible for integration solutions and cloud deployments. Requires expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks and Azure services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end integration workflows using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5/6/CE).
- Build complex process models, workflows, and data transformations across ERP, CRM, legacy, and cloud systems.
- Deploy and manage TIBCO applications on Azure using services such as APIM, Service Bus, Functions, AKS.
- Develop and optimize REST/SOAP APIs and microservices using Java / Spring Boot.
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing using TIBCO Hawk and Azure DevOps.
- Monitor production performance using TIBCO Administrator and Azure Monitor.
- Collaborate with architects, business teams, and DevOps to gather requirements and create technical documentation.
- Explore advanced TIBCO adapters, ActiveMatrix, Azure AI/ML, and other emerging technologies to improve integration performance and security.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of software development experience
- Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x, 6.x, CE)
- Strong TIBCO Suite experience: BW 6.x/CE, EMS, Hawk, Adapters, BusinessEvents
- Solid exposure to Azure Cloud: APIM, Service Bus, AKS, DevOps
- Proficiency in Java (8+), XML/XSLT, SQL (Oracle/MongoDB)
- Good understanding of SOA, ESB integration patterns, and API-led architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- TIBCO Certified Professional (BusinessWorks) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) preferred
