Responsibilities
- Independent client-side management of a wide range of new-build, conversion and modernization projects
- Conceptual development of larger renovation and new-build projects
- Coordination and management of external planners and contractors involved
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as fire protection, occupational safety, the German Building Energy Act (GEG), etc.
- Conducting target‑vs‑actual analyses, economic feasibility calculations and monitoring of cost budgets
- Safeguarding the client's interests with regard to schedules, costs and quality
- Communication with authorities, expert assessors and other project stakeholders
- Planning and coordination of smaller repair and maintenance measures
- Central point of contact for internal project stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed (technical) university degree in civil engineering (Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus on construction)
- Professional experience managing construction projects with a focus on building construction
- Solid knowledge of building law, construction engineering and business administration, as well as familiarity with planning guidelines and regulations such as VOB, HOAI, LBO, etc.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently, self-motivation and resilience
- Confident appearance, good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
