About the role

Responsibilities
- Independent client-side management of a wide range of new construction, conversion and modernization projects
- Conceptual development of larger renovation and new-build projects
- Coordination of external planners and contractors involved
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as fire protection, occupational safety, and the Building Energy Act (GEG)
- Performing target-versus-actual analyses, feasibility and cost-effectiveness calculations, and monitoring of cost budgets
- Safeguarding the client's interests with regard to schedules, costs and quality
- Liaison with authorities, assessors and other project stakeholders
- Planning and coordination of minor repair and maintenance measures
- Central contact person for internal project stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) in a construction-related field (Architecture / Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering with focus on Construction)
- Professional experience in managing construction projects with a focus on building construction
- Solid knowledge of construction law, building technology and business/financial principles
- Familiarity with planning guidelines and regulations such as VOB, HOAI and LBO
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently, initiative and resilience
- Confident presence, good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driving license (class B)
