Responsibilities
Independent client-side management of a wide range of new construction, conversion and modernization projects
Conceptual development of larger renovation and new-build projects
Coordination of external planners and contractors involved
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as fire protection, occupational safety, and the Building Energy Act (GEG)
Performing target-versus-actual analyses, feasibility and cost-effectiveness calculations, and monitoring of cost budgets
Safeguarding the client's interests with regard to schedules, costs and quality
Liaison with authorities, assessors and other project stakeholders
Planning and coordination of minor repair and maintenance measures
Central contact person for internal project stakeholders
Requirements
Completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) in a construction-related field (Architecture / Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering with focus on Construction)
Professional experience in managing construction projects with a focus on building construction
Solid knowledge of construction law, building technology and business/financial principles
Familiarity with planning guidelines and regulations such as VOB, HOAI and LBO
Strong project management skills
Ability to work independently, initiative and resilience
Confident presence, good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driving license (class B)
