About the role

Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across the CDIO (Chief Digital & Information Office) organization.
- Analyze monthly reporting packages for IT leadership teams actuals versus budget, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions
- Providing guidance and support to drive financial discipline across the IT organization
- Prepare inputs for forecast cycles, consolidating inputs, validating assumptions, ensuring data accuracy
- Act as a strategic business partner to Senior IT leadership, providing financial insights and decision-making support
- Execute the end-to-end process of raising, validating, and tracking Purchase Requests (PRs)
- Perform monthly staff cost capitalization processes, ensuring accurate allocation of time and resources to eligible projects
- Lead or support initiatives to streamline procurement, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, ideally in IT or digital environments.
- Strong sense of commitment with consistent respect for deadlines
- Highly solutions-oriented, able to approach challenges with a pragmatic and positive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills; build effective relationships across all teams and levels
