About the role
- Manager overseeing financial operations and audits for Coca-Cola's legal entities. Responsible for coordination with external auditors and compliance with tax and sustainability regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial operations of assigned legal entities
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors during financial statement audits
- Support the preparation of year-end and statutory accounts
- Work closely with shareholders on tax-related matters
- Perform regular period-end tasks and support our Managed Service Provider
- Contribute to Sustainability Reporting and maintain internal controls related to these operations.
Requirements
- Demonstrable project management skills, particularly for managing financial statement audits
- Excellent (advanced) MS Excel skills
- Profound VAT knowledge and strong understanding of statutory and legal requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Previous responsibility for financial statement (FS) audits
- Knowledge of local GAAP requirements, including German GAAP and French, Spanish and/or Italian GAAP depending on entity scope
