Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for building and managing strategic partnerships with technology, energy and sales partners to drive growth and expand market presence.
You will independently set up partner programs, develop appropriate processes and support their implementation.
Together with teams from Sales, Marketing and Product Development, you will develop strategies and go-to-market plans.
You will identify market and technology trends early and convert them into suitable cooperation opportunities.
You will present new partnership models persuasively and clearly demonstrate mutual benefits.
You will negotiate confidently and support contract closures to establish fair win-win collaborations.
You will regularly review the performance of existing partnerships, analyze KPIs and help resolve challenges.
By achieving your growth objectives (OKRs), you will make a significant contribution to the company’s success.
Requirements
Initial professional experience in B2B sales or partner management, preferably in SaaS, tech or the energy sector
Confident presence in presentations and negotiations with decision-makers
Strong communication skills, especially the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
Enjoyment of target-oriented work and a proactive, solution-focused working style
Openness to digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
