About the role

Responsibilities
- Project management: Prepare quotations for a variety of technical projects, supporting the full process from the first price enquiry through to final delivery.
- Technical advice: Help customers choose the right solution by giving practical, well‑explained technical advice by phone and email.
- Quotation management: Prepare, follow up and process more complex quotations, making sure everything is accurate and delivered on time.
- Planning: Work closely with our logistics planning team to make sure customer timelines are realistic and achievable.
- Point of contact: Be the main contact person for our French‑ and Dutch‑speaking customers, ensuring communication runs smoothly at all times.
Requirements
- You are confidently bilingual in Dutch and French, both spoken and written. You also bring solid professional English skills, which you’ll use for international contacts and reading technical documentation.
- You’re well-organised, detail-oriented and able to keep an overview even when things get busy.
- You enjoy taking ownership of your work and can operate independently when needed.
- You’re comfortable working with MS Office.
- Experience in the electronics sector, giving you a good foundation to understand our products and customer needs.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP)
