About the role

• MS Infrastructure Engineer responsible for architecture and operation of Microsoft systems in Erste Digital. Ensuring the reliable operation of workplace systems for 22,000 bank users.

Responsibilities

• Design and ongoing development of our workplace infrastructure
• Take overall operational responsibility for the Microsoft server landscape of our workplace system
• Manage providers and partners who perform day-to-day operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of our bank workplace systems across Austria
• Coordinate with related areas (Security, Network, Backend systems) to ensure successful workplace operations
• Actively contribute to the modernization of the infrastructure
• Optimize operations and ensure the future-proof compatibility of our system architecture

Requirements

• Experience in designing and operating Microsoft environments (infrastructure focus) with more than 2,000 end devices
• Monitoring and operational optimization of such environments
• Experience in planning, modernizing, and implementing Microsoft infrastructure
• Operational collaboration with external service providers
• Fluent German and English (minimum B2 level)
