About the role
- Product Manager managing Individual Annuity Product Solutions at Equitable. Overseeing implementation, approvals, and project coordination for Financial product innovations in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of changes to annuity product forms, including eDox
- Management and implementation of the processing of Retail product exception and the weekly Exceptions Committee Meeting, exclusive of large case Retail exceptions
- Oversee the review and approval of Marketing Materials, Sales Ideas, and Presentations
- Participate in the yearly Prospectus review process
- Assist in Contract and Filed Forms reviews and analysis as needed
- Responsible for working with the Senior Product Managers of Individual Retirement to support coordination of all aspects of implementation for prioritized initiatives including post-implementation monitoring and evaluation
- Clear communication of status, milestones and deliverables across all projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
- 3 years+ of relevant experience
- Understanding of annuity products
- Knowledge of Individual Retirement products in the inforce block
- Established project management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excels at multi-tasking and working in a team environment
- Enjoys and is efficient at attention to detail in a fast-paced, heavy volume environment
