About the role
- Trade Analyst responsible for managing supply chain processes and compliance in Brazil. Ensuring timely material availability and collaboration within a hybrid work structure.
Responsibilities
- Create STOs and Purchase Requisitions in system.
- Generate requests for materials and services.
- Manage ONESOURCE GLOBAL TRADE processes.
- Validate shipment documents and commercial values.
- Authenticate charges from all sources.
- Control broker payments.
- Maintain complete documentation to support audits, controls, and compliance checks.
- Ensure import and export processes follow regulations.
- Verify NCM classification, taxes, duties, and import valuation according to Brazilian rules.
- Monitor customs processes and resolve compliance alerts in OSGT.
- Support adherence to export controls, sanctions, retention rules, and special customs regimes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- A degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade/International Trade, Logistics Management, or related field.
- Additional training in customs, trade compliance, or supply chain processes considered a plus.
- Leadership experience is considered a plus.
- Experience with Brazilian customs and tax regulations is preferred.
