About the role
- Finance Lead managing financial control processes for the Americas at Envalior. Leading change management and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- You will make key contributions to Envalior:
- Manage and guide the Financial Control team in the US, Brazil and Mexico
- Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Conduct detailed financial analysis
- Oversee compliances
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for all entities
- Manage and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Adjust country organization & processes to Envalior’s global standards
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements
- Support the Tax department
- Treasury management

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant
- Leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP and US Tax laws
- Strong people management skills
- Proven change management skills
- Strong command over Excel, ERP systems (SAP)
