About the role

  • Financial Operations Specialist analyzing financial performance and reporting for Enterprise Bot, an AI automation software provider. Driving strategic financial insights and managing budgeting in a hybrid role located in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly MIS, financial reporting, and management dashboards
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Monitor revenue, cost structures, margins, and cash flow
  • Build financial models to support business decisions
  • Work closely with leadership on strategic planning and financial insights
  • Track SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and working capital cycles
  • Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, audits, etc.)
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • MBA in Finance (Tier 1/2 preferred)
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (startup/tech preferred)
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, scenario analysis)
  • High logical reasoning and structured thinking ability
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work directly with founders/leadership
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven
