About the role
- Senior Civil Engineer specializing in concrete and metallic structures for industrial projects in Brazil. Working on complex structural solutions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Specialist in the design of reinforced concrete structures, steel structures and foundations subjected to static and dynamic loads, with a focus on detailed design for industrial projects;
- Structural design of reinforced concrete foundations and superstructures using STRAP or SAP2000;
- Design of foundations for dynamic equipment, primarily turbines and generators;
- Interaction with drafters and designers, including information exchange, review, critical analysis and verification of technical drawings;
- Preparation of technical reports and calculation memoranda in accordance with applicable codes and industrial standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Knowledge of Spanish or English is desirable;
- Experience with STRAP or SAP2000 is desirable;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team;
- Good interpersonal skills for internal and external interactions, with strong communication abilities;
- Understand, respect and apply SENER’s core philosophy and values, organizational and operational principles, standards and procedures;
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and punctually, set priorities and meet deadlines.
