Responsibilities
Writing, illustrating and controlling customer-facing documentation including cabinet and kit installation manuals, technical bulletins, and troubleshooting guides.
Obtaining product and/or process familiarization and specific documentation requirements and information from engineering, product management, and SMEs.
Photographing products and/or developing graphics to augment textual information.
Ensuring writing style of documentation is simple, clear, concise, grammatically correct, and written for the intended audience and purpose.
Revising existing documentation based on product changes.
Providing input on processes, procedures, materials, and services to support innovation and continuous improvement.
Supporting the product design and development processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, English, technical writing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum 3 years of experience writing technical documentation and working in a technical field preferred.
Proficiency in FrameMaker, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint; MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiarization with ISO management systems is preferred
