Responsibilities
Develop and implement project lifecycle governance frameworks, including stage-gating, approvals, and documentation standards
Coordinate portfolio-level planning, prioritization, and reporting across gas measurement projects in collaboration with Business Development and other stakeholders
Establish and maintain standardized project management processes, tools, and templates
Lead training and development programs for project personnel, including onboarding, methodology, and system usage
Manage project management IT systems (e.g., scheduling, cost tracking, document control) and ensure integration with enterprise platforms
Support Supervisors of Project Development, Project Managers, and Construction resources with reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in project governance, portfolio management, or project services in the energy sector
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., waterfall, stage-gate, agile)
Experience implementing project management systems and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SharePoint, Power BI)
