Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven and automated business process solutions
- Build, test, monitor, and maintain automation workflows and systems
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Document business processes, automation designs, and best practices
- Ensure automation quality through testing and quality assurance techniques
- Continuously improve existing automations and identify new automation opportunities
- Stay up to date with emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization of solutions
Requirements
- BCom in Computer Science, Engineering or related
- Proven experience with Change Management, Business Process Management and Business Analysis
- Proven experience with AI (LLM's)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experienced with RPA Technologies
- Comfortable Developing with .NET, C# and JavaScript
- Exposure to Cloud Computing Services (MS Azure preferably)
