About the role

• DevOps Engineer responsible for deploying AWS cloud infrastructure and building CI/CD pipelines. Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability and observability in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure in AWS environments supporting production workloads
• Contribute to building highly available and fault-tolerant systems following cloud architecture best practices
• Implement infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Infrastructure as Code
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support reliable deployments across development, staging, and production environments
• Improve developer workflows by automating build, test, and deployment processes
• Support engineering teams in adopting automation-first infrastructure practices
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform visibility and reliability
• Help identify performance bottlenecks and improve infrastructure resilience
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, deployment speed, and operational efficiency
• Contribute to improving infrastructure security, cost efficiency, and system observability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen platform stability and scalability

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles
• Strong experience working with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native services
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Experience working with containerized environments (Docker) and familiarity with Kubernetes or Amazon EKS
• Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch)
• Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and infrastructure security best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across distributed systems
• Solid understanding of automation-first infrastructure practices

• Experience with Kubernetes-based production environments (EKS or similar)
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Exposure to configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices platforms
