- Monitoring Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining observability solutions in fintech. Ensure system health and performance using various monitoring tools like Splunk and APM.

- ensuring system health and performance through Splunk, Splunk ITSI, synthetic transaction monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), and network performance monitoring

- document monitoring standards, configurations, and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in monitoring/observability roles
- hands-on experience in Splunk and ITSI or related tooling
- Splunk certifications preferred
- Strong expertise in Splunk and ITSI
- Familiarity with synthetic monitoring and APM tools
- Understanding of network performance monitoring
- Scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell) are an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities
