Responsibilities
Diseñar, implementar y liderar la estrategia integral de comunicaciones internas y externas, garantizando una comunicación efectiva y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
Fortalecer la identidad de marca, elevar la interacción con la comunidad HR y posicionar a la organización como referente de alto impacto.
Diseñar e implementar el plan anual de comunicaciones, alineado a objetivos estratégicos.
Definir y custodiar la línea editorial de la Revista Digital.
Editar notas de prensa, gestionar entrevistas con la comunidad y generar contenidos especializados en RR.HH.
Gestionar relaciones con medios, autoridades y alianzas.
Construir y gestionar el calendario editorial (web, blog, RRSS, newsletter, video).
Monitorear KPIs de comunicación y RRSS, proponiendo mejoras basadas en datos.
Diseñar e implementar iniciativas para fortalecer la cultura y el compromiso del equipo y la alineación comunicacional con los valores de la organización.
Coordinar, diseñar e implementar eventos corporativos de alto impacto.
Requirements
Formación Profesional titulado en Comunicación Social, Periodismo, Marketing o áreas afines.
Deseable especialización en Comunicación Estratégica o Marketing Digital.
Experiencia Mínimo 3 años en roles similares, con liderazgo de equipos y desarrollo de estrategias comunicacionales.
Conocimientos y herramientas Excel (avanzado), Google Analytics, Google Workspace (Gsuite).
