Responsibilities
Perform a variety of related functions such as on-site instruction of customer personnel
Direct the efforts of personnel engaged in installation of control systems
Provide direct engineering advisory assistance to the customer
Cultivate relationships with internal project teams, customer project teams and contractors
Apply your advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills
Provide hands-on training to our customers on-site or in a factory acceptance test (FAT)
Develop and maintain good customer relations
Participate in the writing, review, and revision of field/operational manuals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering computer science, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
This position requires up to 80% travel
Knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design principles, and problem-solving methods
