Responsibilities
- Identify repetitive, rules-based, high-friction work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted out of seller workflows
- Translate business pain points into process maps, workflow logic, requirements, and prioritized automation opportunities
- Prototype and implement solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams
- Partner with Salesforce, IT, and architecture teams when workflows require CRM integration or broader system connectivity
- Pilot solutions with small cohorts, collect feedback, and iterate quickly
- Define metrics and track business impact for workflow changes
- Support adoption through training, documentation, and enablement
- Help document guardrails, risks, and readiness criteria so solutions are scalable and sustainable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related STEM courses
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, workflow design, operations, or automation
- Strong process mapping and requirements translation skills
- Hands-on experience with workflow tools
- Strong comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and workflow design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to move quickly, pilot solutions, and improve through feedback
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
