Responsibilities
Identify repetitive, rules-based, high-friction work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted out of seller workflows
Translate business pain points into process maps, workflow logic, requirements, and prioritized automation opportunities
Prototype and implement solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams
Partner with Salesforce, IT, and architecture teams when workflows require CRM integration or broader system connectivity
Pilot solutions with small cohorts, collect feedback, and iterate quickly
Define metrics and track business impact for workflow changes
Support adoption through training, documentation, and enablement
Help document guardrails, risks, and readiness criteria so solutions are scalable and sustainable
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related STEM courses
5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, workflow design, operations, or automation
Strong process mapping and requirements translation skills
Hands-on experience with workflow tools
Strong comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and workflow design
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
Ability to move quickly, pilot solutions, and improve through feedback
