About the role
- Koordinator SAP Stammdaten handling data entry and optimization processes for high-tech company Elmos Semiconductor in Dortmund. Engaging in SCM processes and data management for production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, review and cleansing of production master data in S/4HANA and the internal MES
- Development and maintenance of process KPIs, dashboards and reports to manage Operations Governance
- Data support for change management and the introduction of new products
- Analysis and optimization of operational end-to-end processes in collaboration with the business units
- Process modeling in Signavio and publication of processes in the Elmos process landscape
- General support for special topics within Dortmund Operations
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in master data maintenance in S/4HANA MM and PP
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAC or similar)
- Professional experience or willingness to learn in process analysis, operations, or data analytics
- Good knowledge of process modeling (e.g., Signavio)
- Very good German and English skills
- Analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented working style
