Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financials such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks online
Processing A/P and A/R for clients
Processing payroll and quarterly payroll reports
Prepare W2s and 1099s at year end
Work as part of a team on bigger projects to get them completed on time
Requirements
2-3 years Quickbooks Desktop experience
Proficient with Excel
Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
