Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as: o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- o Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- o Retail Media (Amazon Ads and Mercado Ads)
- Monitor performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, reach).
- Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, formats and messaging.
- Manage budgets and fund allocation.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards, providing analyses and strategic insights.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams.
- Implement and monitor tags, pixels and conversion events (Google Tag Manager).
- Identify opportunities for scaling, efficiency and new channels.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Digital Media Analyst.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Retail Media.
- Experience with performance metrics and the conversion funnel.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).
- Analytical skills, organization and attention to detail.
