Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Solid experience in cost analysis, operating expenses, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven experience in resource optimization and efficiency analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI or similar).
- Familiarity with financial management systems.
- Preferred: Knowledge of incentive/funding programs and/or experience in the services sector.
- Behavioral competencies: Strong analytical capability and solution orientation.
- Ability to influence decisions and lead discussions across multiple areas.
