About the role

• Atua na formação e capacitação técnica em Inteligência Artificial em um programa corporativo. Conduz workshops, atividades formativas e apoia o desenvolvimento em tecnologia.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions and technical workshops;
• Support the development of core AI competencies, including intelligent agents, MLOps pipelines and elements of the modern AI stack;
• Encourage hands-on application of concepts to real-world challenges;
• Translate complex topics clearly and relate them to business context;
• Share concrete experiences from real ML/AI projects to help participants advance their technical maturity.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics or related fields;
• Practical experience in real projects using ML and AI, including Intelligent Agents and Autonomous AI architectures; knowledge of the AI Stack (preprocessing, models, embeddings, vectorization, APIs, monitoring, etc.);
• Experience with Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing and Generative Models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.);
• Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn or similar;
• Experience teaching STEM subjects and using active learning methodologies (PBL, CBL, Design Thinking, etc.);
• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning;
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices, including data and model versioning, ML pipelines, testing and monitoring, model deployment and observability;
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a structured, clear and objective way;
• Intermediate to advanced English.
