Responsibilities
- Join an established engineering team working with modern cloud technologies to evolve and support the infrastructure that underpins Efficio’s internal applications, data workflows, and digital consulting tools.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve AWS-hosted environments, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and cost-efficient.
- Contribute with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD support, routine maintenance, and operational monitoring.
- Be supported in achieving relevant professional certifications in AWS and associated tooling.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing public cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS).
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Experience with containers (Docker; Kubernetes exposure is helpful but not required).
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills (ideally Terraform).
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Good scripting capability (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Nice to Have: Experience supporting data-heavy compute environments, administration of PostgreSQL or MSSQL databases, experience collaborating closely with software development and data teams, exposure to Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), experience supporting CI/CD tooling, experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar productivity tooling.
