Responsibilities
Manage participant registration and maintain attendee details
Serve as a point of contact for attendee inquiries before, during, and after events
Send timely communications about event details, logistics, and what to expect
Coordinate accommodation and transportation details for attendees and ensure accuracy
Support event branding efforts including signage, swag, materials, and visual elements that reinforce the EF experience
Help create “wow moments” that make events memorable
Assist with various event-related tasks and projects as dictated by the evolving needs of the team
Requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Genuine enthusiasm for creating impactful experiences for others
