About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading medium-complexity procurement processes, ensuring competitiveness, quality, and compliance with company policies.
- Acts as a partner to requesting departments in defining the best contracting solutions, contributing to operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation for the business.
- Conduct end-to-end procurement processes (quoting, analysis, negotiation, and contracting).
- Prepare and conduct tenders (RFQ/RFP), performing proposal analysis and normalization.
- Negotiate commercial terms to optimize costs, timelines, quality, and risk mitigation.
- Support the preparation and management of contracts in coordination with support teams.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, promoting competitiveness and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to purchasing policies, governance, and compliance.
- Produce analyses and reports to monitor processes, KPIs, and efficiency opportunities.
- Work in partnership with requesting areas to align scope and prioritize demands.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement processes and strategic sourcing;
- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and internal control policies;
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and commercial analysis;
- Experience with contract management and supplier management;
- Experience conducting tenders (RFQ/RFP);
- Knowledge of procurement systems / ERP;
- Ability to analyze costs and identify savings opportunities.
