Requirements
- PhD (awarded or near completion) in NLP, Machine Learning, Computer Science, AI, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience developing and evaluating transformer-based language models.
- Experience working with sensitive health data, clinical text, or secure research environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of model robustness, fairness, bias mitigation, explainability, or governance in AI systems is advantageous.
- Comfortable designing rigorous computational experiments and analysing model behaviour.
- Strong interest in responsible, safe, and privacy-aware AI.
