- Lead strategic meetings for process mapping, scope negotiation, and stakeholder expectation management.
- Drive the elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements, translating business pain points into robust technical specifications.
- Prepare schedules and project plans, and proactively manage risks, deviations, and dependencies.
- Validate technical and functional deliveries, ensuring artifacts conform to the designed solutions.
- Recommend system modernization, complex migrations, and adoption of new technologies that provide competitive advantage.
- Oversee initiatives from conception through assisted production operation, ensuring stability and successful implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proven IT experience (minimum 5–6 years) working on medium- and high-complexity projects.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), with experience in mapping user journeys and defining MVPs.
- Experience defining and modeling business solutions that involve complex integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, and others).
- Analytical ability to define, monitor, and optimize KPIs, ensuring the performance and success of implemented solutions.
