Responsibilities
Lead the integration of new Dutch clients, designing high-impact PPC campaigns from the ground up.
Execute outbound outreach to identify business needs and pitch advanced digital marketing services.

Launch and stabilize campaigns to ensure immediate ROI and sustainable long-term growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling and increasing account spend to maximize campaign reach.
Act as a feedback loop, relaying Dutch market trends and data privacy concerns back to the product team.
Consult on the entire conversion funnel, from landing page effectiveness to audience segmentation and AI-driven optimizations.
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide detailed performance reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
A University degree (BA/BS) is required; a Master’s in Marketing or Digital Communications is a significant advantage.
Native or near-native fluency (C1-C2) in Dutch.
Professional proficiency in English is expected for internal communication.
Experience using CRM platforms and a habit of integrating AI tools to streamline workflows and personalize client communication.
A persuasive storyteller who can translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
Deep knowledge of the Dutch business landscape, consumer behavior, and 'Polder Model' communication styles.
A strong understanding of GDPR and the high importance Dutch companies place on data security and ethical advertising.
Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making structures within Dutch organizations and agencies.
