Logistics Analyst supporting material management and inventory control tasks. Ensuring accurate inventory and collaborating with related departments in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
Support the management and control of MRO inventories, monitoring stock levels and material availability;
Control material receipts, issues and movements in the system;
Liaise with maintenance, procurement, third-party logistics (3PL) operators and carriers, tracking requests from submission to availability and delivery of materials for maintenance work orders;
Plan and execute cycle counts and full inventories at storage locations, ensuring inventory accuracy;
Monitor reverse logistics processes, including the return of unused parts from maintenance and operations;
Update information in ERP and WMS systems and prepare reports and logistics KPIs (e.g., service level, inventory accuracy, lead times, logistics performance);
Ensure and maintain up-to-date master data for materials, spare parts and suppliers;
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering or a related field;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
English language skills — a plus;
Experience in inventory control or logistics.
