Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, T&D, performance processes, People Analytics and internal communications.
Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle Recruitment & Selection (R&S) processes (posting, screening, interviews, feedback), including defining job descriptions (in partnership with the hiring area);
Manage onboarding and monitor the integration of new hires;
Support Training & Development (T&D) initiatives, development pathways and workshops;
Work on company culture, employee climate and internal communications;
Produce People Analytics reports (turnover, time-to-hire, HR KPIs);
Support performance rituals, Individual Development Plans (PDI) and engagement initiatives;
Monitor action plans and post-evaluation feedback, ensuring results are linked to job structure, compensation and performance;
Support Internal Communication and internal marketing initiatives, ensuring HR information is delivered clearly and engagingly to employees;
Participate in projects focused on Organizational Climate and Culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education/Pedagogy, or Business Administration;
2 to 3 years of HR experience (Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development are essential);
Proficiency in competency-based interviewing techniques and methods for assessing cultural fit;
Practical knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies (e.g., 90º, 180º, 360º) and in creating development pathways (Individual Development Plans - PDI);
Advanced level in Excel (HR KPIs and dashboards) and PowerPoint/Google Slides (training materials and executive presentations);
