About the role

- Undertaking person-centred functional assessments in people’s homes and recommending appropriate housing adaptations to promote independence, safety and wellbeing

Requirements
- An Occupational Therapy qualification and registration with the professional regulatory body
- Communication skills including report writing, liaising with members of the public, managers, and other agencies
- Ability to plan and organise a varied workload for self and others, working to short deadlines within community settings
- Experience of operating under pressure where demand is constant and priorities need to be set/reviewed
- Ability to use initiative and take responsibility
