About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage cathodic protection systems for various infrastructure projects.
- Conduct field surveys, testing, and diagnostics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing cathodic protection systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cathodic protection systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Corrosion Science, or a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in cathodic protection engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of corrosion control and cathodic protection principles
- Proficiency in using engineering design software and tools
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Certification from the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) as a Cathodic Protection Specialist or Engineer preferred
- Experience with cathodic protection systems for natural gas utilities and large-scale infrastructure preferred
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NACE, ASTM)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
