About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and further developing DevOps process standards within the corporate segment
- Ensuring standard compliance in product teams through reviews, clear guidance and governance of remedial actions
- Establishing management reporting with KPIs, trend analysis and transparency on risks and bottlenecks
- Identifying process anomalies and deriving concrete optimization measures
- Standardizing and maintaining process mappings in tools such as ServiceNow
- Promoting automation where it delivers measurable operational value
- Owning documentation, runbooks and process guides and working closely with product teams and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the DevOps environment and understanding of process standards, IT architecture and governance
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira, and ideally with reporting and dashboard solutions
- Basic technical understanding of modern IT services, APIs, monitoring, logging and release processes
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management
- High level of personal responsibility as well as very good German and strong English skills
