About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and reviewing trade transactions to ensure correctness and accuracy
- Ensuring regulatory requirements within the reporting framework are met
- Advising clients on collateral management
- Reviewing accounts, balances and bookings to resolve discrepancies
- Communicating with clients and providing support for complaints
- Working closely with internal departments such as Internal Audit and Compliance
- Contributing ideas for process optimization and participating in projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in banking or equivalent professional experience in securities operations
- Experience in securities processing, ideally within the treasury of client institutions
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension (SCD) desirable but not required
- Fluent German language skills (C1)
- Enjoys taking on new topics and continuously improving processes and systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients
